By creating an account or using DarkEden Vortex services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
All in-game currency, items, characters, and services are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. They are licensed for use within the game only and may not be sold, traded for real money outside approved channels, or transferred except as allowed by the server rules.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Sharing accounts is at your own risk. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or server rules.
The portal and game are provided on an “as is” basis. Maintenance, updates, wipes, balance changes, or downtime may occur without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Paid purchases are governed by our Purchase & Refund Policy. By paying through the market, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and that you accept immediate delivery of digital goods.
We may remove virtual goods, reverse benefits, ban accounts, or deny future purchases if we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, hacking, botting, or other violations described in the Rules of Conduct.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the portal after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
