This policy explains what data we collect when you use the DarkEden Vortex portal and game services.
How we use data
To operate accounts, deliver purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce rules, respond to support requests, and improve server security.
Payment processors
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Account and purchase records are kept as long as needed for operations, legal compliance, and dispute resolution (including Stripe chargebacks). Consent logs may be retained to prove acceptance of terms.
Your rights
You may request correction of account email data through support. Account deletion may be limited while characters, guild obligations, or open payment disputes exist.
