All USD market purchases are for virtual digital goods delivered to your game account. Read this before paying.
Two-hour refund window
You may request a refund within two (2) hours of purchase only if virtual goods have not been used, consumed, transferred in-game, or spent. Contact support with your account name and payment receipt.
Final sale after two hours
After two hours, or once any portion of the purchase has been used (including spending Market Points or receiving in-game items), the sale is final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Chargebacks and disputes
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving virtual goods is treated as fraud. We will submit delivery logs, consent records, and login activity to the payment processor. Accounts involved in abusive chargebacks may be permanently banned without refund.
No cash value
Virtual currency and items cannot be exchanged for real money by the server. Purchases support server operation only and do not create ownership of real-world assets.
Authorization
By checking the purchase consent box and completing payment, you confirm you are the authorized cardholder, you agree to this policy, and you request immediate delivery of digital content.
